The Military Diet is a simple three-day diet that allows you to lose up to 10 pounds. The Military Diet works on chemical breakdown and is proven. If you want the best results it is best not to substitute any of the items listed below. Use the diet three days at a time. After three days of dieting, you can eat your normal foods, but do not over do it. After the next four days of regular eating are over, you may start back on the three-day diet again.
REMEMBER: Do not snack or eat between any of the meals!
