Shopping List

Here is the list of food items you will need for the Military diet. Make sure you follow the Military Diet Plan (link to the diet plan), if done right you can actually lose up to 10 pounds. If you have any food allergies or for whatever reason can’t eat one of the items listed here is a list of substitutions. (Link to substitutions page)

  • Coffee or Tea
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Apples
  • Bread – whole wheat
  • Peanut Butter
  • Eggs
  • 3 cans Tuna
  • Hot dogs
  • 3 ounces of meat, your choice
  • Green beans: frozen, canned or fresh
  • Small head of broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Saltine crackers
  • Cottage cheese
  • Small amount of cheddar cheese
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
